澎湖科技大學與體育大學，兩校於29日簽署學生體育與運動休閒雙方交流協議。
體育大學高俊雄表示，澎湖有美麗海洋，在帆船、田徑及棒球，有很好年軽有潛力運動選手，未來除了與澎湖科大學生雙方合作交流以外，對於澎湖年輕有潛力的運動選手，國立體育大學也可協助提供更科學化的訓練，以提升澎湖運動競技選手競爭力，未來澎湖運動選手的移地訓練，國立體育大學也可提供協助。
澎湖科技大學翁進坪校長表示，體育大學有良好的科學訓練設備，還有良好運動科學理論，在運動休閑運動也有良好的基礎，是台灣體育國手的搖籃，這次世大運，體育大學獲得20幾面奬牌，是科技化科學化訓練良好成績表現，未來雙方的合作，將可提升兩校學生運動與休閒運動的教學。
翁進坪校長表示，澎湖這次的冬泳，特別邀請高俊雄校長一起參加，鐵人組1500公尺泳賽，高校長十分稱許澎湖乾淨海洋，他認為澎湖冬季休閒運動產業，未來有良好的前景，経由兩校合作，未來對澎湖冬季休閑運動，提供良好的協助及建議。
